Right out of college, I was brought on to handle accounting for a real estate portfolio owned by one of the most recognized investors in the industry. That role turned into something bigger — I became one of the founding members of a lending company built specifically for investors, by investors.
Over the past five years, I've been in the room where the strategies get made. I've structured financing for investors you've seen on podcasts, in books, and on stages. I've closed 300+ deals and funded over $100M in real estate transactions — not for primary homebuyers, but for investors building real portfolios.
I've worked alongside David Greene helping build One Brokerage from the ground up. I've funded loans for David Greene, Sam Weggert, Michael Elefante, Chi Tai, and Robert Abasolo. I didn't learn investor lending from a textbook — I learned it from inside the ecosystem that defines the industry.
